We do request that you don’t phone after 9 o’clock in the evening ( Karen goes to bed at about 9.00 as she needs her beauty sleep ) and remind you that we may not be able to answer the phone in the mornings before 10.30 as we are busy preparing and serving breakfast.
We respond to ALL enquiries even if we are full. If you don’t get a response it may be that we are experiencing technical difficulties or your email has not arrived. In which case please email us again or telephone.
We do receive a lot of junk email and we find that our SPAM filters can be a bit over zealous. To reduce the risk of your email ending up in our junk folder please put Hopton House in the subject title.
We rarely go out so if we don’t answer the phone immediately it may be that we are running to find the handset. Please do leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
