Hopton House Prices and Terms and Conditions
All prices are per room per night bed and breakfast and based on 2 people sharing and exclude 31st Dec and 1st Jan - prices for New Year are below.
Please note that we operate a minimum 2 night stay policy and do not normally accept advance bookings for one night stays. We may be able to accommodate one night stays for last minute bookings ( with 24 hours of the stay ) or if we have a single night available between two other bookings.
One night stays cost an additional £5 on top of the prices below.
Paddock and Barn Room - £90 per room per night for 2 nights or more for 2 people
Orchard Room -
£75 per room per night for 2 nights or more for 2 people
New Year's Eve Dec 31st and New Year's Day 1st January 2009
Paddock and Barn Room - £110 per room per night for 2 nights for 2 people
Orchard Room £90 per room per night for 2 nights for 2 people
We offer single occupancy in the Orchard Room only at £55 per room per night
Please read our terms and conditions below carefully to ensure that we are the right B&B for you.
We are non smoking and we own 2 very friendly house dogs. So Hopton House is not suitable for people with dog allergies or phobias.
We are happy to accept up to 2 well behaved house trained guest dogs in the barn room only at a cost of £10 per dog per stay - please read our guest dog policy.
As many guests come for some peace and quiet
we don't accept children under the age of 14. For guests booking all 3 rooms we may be able to make an exception to this rule - please ask for details.
Deposits
A deposit equal to one night's stay, is required to guarantee a reservation. Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £25 cancellation fee per room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
How To Pay Your Deposit and Balance
We are happy to accept Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard or electronic transfer of funds for payment of the deposit and the balance. Where possible we prefer payment by debit card or ETF.
Online booking, and secure online payment of the deposit by credit card, is available by clicking on our availability button. Please note the online booking system does not accept payment by debit card.
To help us reduce our bank charges, if you choose to pay the deposit and/or balance by electronic banking you will receive a 2% discount. If you wish to pay your balance this way we ask that you transfer the money to us 7 days before your stay. Please email for details. Note that if you pay your deposit by ETF and then the balance by some other method the 2% discount will apply to the deposit only.
Check In and Departure Times
Check in is between 4 & 6 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure. If you will be arriving after 6 please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly.
