We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time with us. So please contact us with any questions you may have.  Just a reminder that we do request a 2 night minimum stay. We may be able to relax this rule for last minute ( within 24 hours ) bookings.

 

To book a room or request more information please either:

Securely Book and pay your deposit online by credit or debit card by clicking the availability button right. Please note we are unable to accept cards with an issue no.

 

We use a secure well established third party system for online bookings, so your card information is kept securely. When you book you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your booking. Please note that this is NOT confirmation. You will receive another email from us confirming your booking. Your card information is not processed until you receive that confirmation email. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your booking - your card information is deleted from the system.

 

Whilst we endeavour to process online bookings as soon as possible we maybe busy cleaning, out shopping or unable to access the PC. The online system will provisionally reserve those dates for you until we can process your booking & confirm, so no one else will be able to book that room for those dates.

We do request that you don't phone after 9 o'clock in the evening and remind you that we may not be able to answer the phone in the mornings before 10.30 as we are busy preparing and serving breakfast.

 

If we have no availability or you require a one night stay then we suggest you try our colleagues at the  South Shropshire Farm Holiday Group

 

We respond to ALL enquiries even if we are full. If you don't get a response it may be that we are experiencing technical difficulties or your email has not arrived. In which case please email us again or telephone.

 

We do receive a lot of junk email and we find that our SPAM filters can be a bit over zealous. To reduce the risk of your email ending up in our junk folder please put Hopton House in the subject title.

 

We very rarely go out so if we don't answer the phone immediately it may be that we are running to find the handset. Please do leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
